not sure about any wheel issues yet, but my back says that it is VERY comfortable! New chair at work, tempted to acquire one for the home office as well. This chair is just the right size, even for someone that is only 5'1"; and is adjustable for others to use as well.

I was able to pick this up with a discount code that made the purchase worthwhile, I don't know if I would pay full price for this chair...
It's a very comfortable and ergonomic office chair, the only drawback for me was reading about all the issues with the wheels being cheap plastic, after assembling our chair I understood what the other reviewers meant. Quick to assemble but it feels a little bit like it will be quick to have issues too. The cable system mechanism is used to control the seat the back and the height, with repeated uses and adjustments I'm pretty sure this will break rather easily.
If you can get it on sale or with a coupon code, then go for it know that you might have to buy a new chair in a year or two. You can feel the limits of the chair when you roll in it one time, this is not a chair to use on any type of carpet and will most likely require a chair mat to keep the wheels from having issues.

Nowadays most products promise the moon in design and fail miserably with execution. This is NOT one of them. Love this chair! Hubby loves this chair! Delivered the next day and went together in less than 15 minutes. If you're in this price bracket and weigh less than 250lbs, this is your chair!

Great chair. I paid the small fee to have it assembled and it works great in the support of my spine as I sit at the keyboard hours on end composing music. I actually bought it on sale at $249, so i'm pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to persons required to sit long hours to do a job or task.
